Description
The Tempe™ System is Colnatec’s flagship high-temperature solution for thin film deposition control in demanding process environments. Designed to function in temperature ranges up to 500°C, it eliminates the inaccuracies introduced by heat-induced frequency drift in standard sensors. By integrating a self-heated sensor head, active temperature compensation, and a high-resolution controller, Tempe ensures exceptional accuracy, even in plasma, ALD, CVD, and OLED manufacturing processes.
Unlike conventional quartz crystal systems that fail under thermal load, Tempe maintains the crystal temperature within ±1°C of setpoint, dramatically improving data stability and extending crystal life. With the built-in bake-out cycle, crystal fouling is minimized—ideal for continuous production environments.
System Components:
-
Tempe Sensor Head: Self-heated to maintain precision at elevated temperatures.
